To facilitate exchanges, please find our policy-

  • Exchanges request against delivered orders will be facilitated at school counter dates which will be finalized at a later date alongside mutual discussion with the school management as and when the ground situation improves,
  • Our offices/ warehouses will be shut to ensure safety of everyone, and we will be unable to facilitate exchanges from this location,
  • Exchanges will be provided ONLYif the product/s are received in the following conditions- a) Goods should be unused; b) Goods should not be damaged; c) Tags should not be removed; & d) Invoice copy is available,
  • **In an event the customer wishes to exchange the product through courier service, we will do so at a fixed fee of 150 INR within Bangalore. On receipt of this payment, we will pick-up the requested goods (under T&C’s of returns) and will deliver the requested new goods and sizes at the registered address. In case an additional amount is payable due to change in sizes, the same will be communicated and requested to be paid by the customer. PLEASE NOTE- Due to strain/ congestion on the online deliveries, this service will be applicable ONLY after 15th June 2020.


In an event, the ordered goods are received by the customer and needs to be cancelled with request for refund-

  • Customer to send the goods back to our warehouse/ office at their own logistics cost,
  • The goods should be unused; damaged and tags should not be removed. In an event, the goods are not received in sellable condition, returns will be null and void,
  • Once the goods are returned and approved by the QC team, as per returns policy, our customer care team will communicate confirmation of the same to the customer,

  • Refund Process: Upon confirmation on successful receipt of goods and acceptance as per our Quality Control (QC) team, our customer care (CS) team will request receipt of customers’ bank account details over an email at [email protected] along with your “Order No in the subject line”,
  • Refund Timeline: Once the details are received, we will refund the amount equivalent to approved cancellation amount within 10-15 working days,
